I had an enjoyable stay at the IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas, with really good service and a lovely environment. The highlight was definitely the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. However, there were some communication issues and my room had a few minor maintenance problems that dampened the overall experience.

My stay at IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas was filled with both wonderful highlights and some disappointing moments. The spacious lake villa was a delight, providing direct access to the lagoon pool. though the restaurant communication could be frustrating at times. The staff, particularly at the Spybag, were incredibly friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups in service and communication that impacted the experience. Overall, it was a nice vacation with room for improvement.

The food was delicious, especially at the Mavi restaurant, though I found the smoking policy in the dining area to be quite off-putting.
